King of the South Car Show: 3 to 9 p.m. Sat. Aug. 1, at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds, 500 Fairgrounds Place. General admission is $20 per person, and $30 to $60 for show vehicles depending on inside or outside display.
904’s Track and Car Show: 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at Florida International Rally and Motorsport Park, 7266 Airport Road in Starke. Hosted by 904-INC, a local Infiniti and Nissan car club, registration for the track event is full, but a waiting list has been set up at the club’s Facebook site. The track event is $60 for club members and $75 for nonmembers. There’s a $25 registration fee for show vehicles, all makes and models welcome, and $10 admission for spectators.
